[font=宋体][size=12pt] 由于我市广大武术爱好者对中华武术认识的不断提高，在习武健身中所体现的益处愈加明显，因而对武术技艺的要求也在不断提升，平时所学所练的项目已不能满足习武的要求，希望多掌握几种武术本领，尤其是只学习太极拳套路的人们，更是希冀多学练一些内、外家拳术。为此，我会拟逐步推广众多的传统武术项目，从今年起安排各专项传统武术套路的学习和交流推广活动。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt] 当前深圳和我会香港的会员习练武当拳、械的人不在少数，为进一步鼓励大家学练好武当系列功法，特于[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2008[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]日（星期六）举行一次武当拳、械的交流活动，给学习武当功法的人们提供一个展示、检验掌握技能水平的机会。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] 3.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]交流内容：武当各门派拳术，长器械，短器械，软器械，对练；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] 4.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分组和时间：按项目分组，不分男女，拳术[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分钟以内，短期械[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分钟以内，长期械、软器械、对练[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分钟以内，武当太极拳系列项目不得超过[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]分钟，我会习练武当项目的辅导中心会员每人限报二项，其他会员每人限报一项[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]每个单项限报三人，根据项目编排一人或二人上场，如同一个辅导中心可用音乐，报名时递交[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]CD,[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]一碟一曲（不收磁带，自留母碟，递交[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]CD[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]不予退还）；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] 5.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]要求：运动员[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]：[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]报到检录，着装要求符合武术特点的民族服装或运动服；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] 6.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]评定方法：交流现场设评议组，由协会聘请著名武术家陈昌棉，资深国家级裁判彭正庭牵头，各武当辅导中心主任参与评定，活动中对基层组织为单位设全能金奖、各项目单项金奖（不足三人交流项目只作表演，评定不评奖），参加交流的运动员均发证书，以示纪念。凡组有[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]人以上的交流单位可选派一名随队工作人员（须是武协裁判员学习班学员）担任现场工作；[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
